Why do we choose to become Chefs? Is it because of our love for food? The pleasure we get from creating and enjoying flavourful meals that make us feel good? Is it the creativity inherent in the job? Or is it that our food forms the backdrop to many important moments in people’s lives?
It is all of these reasons and more. Becoming a Chef is more of a calling than a job.
